Bandung – In an effort to expand the impact of social, environmental, and community empowerment initiatives, Yayasan Yota Wujudkan Asa in collaboration with PT Yota Inovasi Nusantara has officially launched the Open Call Collaborative Action Program 2026.
This program is not designed as a conventional volunteer recruitment initiative, but rather as a social implementation incubator that invites university students, local communities, professional volunteers, and strategic partners to participate as field implementers, co-creators, and implementing partners.
Why Is This Program Different?
Amid the growing complexity of socio-ecological challenges across West Java — ranging from coastal abrasion in South Garut, damaged tsunami early warning systems, degradation of Leuweung Sancang Nature Reserve, landslide risks in Cisewu, water scarcity in Arjasari, pollution from livestock and coffee waste in Pangalengan, to urban youth unemployment — traditional short-term charitable approaches have proven insufficient.
What is needed is a collaborative platform that goes beyond simply recruiting participants, and instead builds an ecosystem of co-leadership and shared program ownership (co-ownership).
The program offers a structured six-stage framework, consisting of:
- Open Call
- Capacity Building
- Project Incubation
- Field Implementation
- Mentoring & Monitoring
- Reporting & Impact Evaluation
Participants and partners will receive professional mentoring from the team at PT Yota Inovasi Nusantara, along with legal support, foundational training, and scientific supervision from Yayasan Yota Wujudkan Asa.
