EVENTARA by YOTA is an all-in-one event management platform for both online and offline events. From creating digital invitations, selling tickets, attendee check-in systems, to automatically generating certificates or piagams (awards/certificates of participation). The platform is designed to help event organizers (EOs, schools, universities, companies, communities) manage the entire event cycle efficiently, paperlessly, and in an integrated manner.

Interactive Digital Invitations – Create and send e-invitations with custom designs, RSVP, and automatic reminders. Online Ticketing System – Sell free or paid tickets with unique codes (barcode/QR code) for entry gates. Attendee Check-in – Scan QR codes or manual input for real-time attendance recording. Automatic Certificates & Awards – Automatically generate certificates based on attendee data (name, participant number, scores, etc.). Hybrid Event Management – Support for offline events (physical venues) and online events (Zoom/YouTube links, streaming). Reporting & Data Export – Summaries of participants, tickets sold, attendance, and issued certificates in Excel/PDF format. Multi-Role Access – Admins, committees, participants, and observers have different access levels as needed.
